Created Lab Diamonds 30-Day Return Policy Process
At Created Lab Diamonds, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that sometimes our customers may not be completely satisfied with their purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy to ensure our customer’s satisfaction.
Please follow the steps outlined below to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product or service must be:
a. Purchased within the last 30 days.
b. In the same condition as when it was received, with all original packaging and accessories.
c. Accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Initiate Refund Request: Contact our Customer Support team by emailing CustomerService@createdlabdiamonds.com or calling Customer Service at 1-888-522-1639 to initiate a refund request. Please provide the following information:
a. Your full name and contact information.
b. Order number or transaction ID.
c. A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Return Shipping: Once your refund request has been approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Please securely package the product(s) and include a copy of the original receipt or invoice, along with the RMA number.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Refund Processing: Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will inspect the items and process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Exceptions: Certain products or services may be exempt from our 30-Day Refund Policy. These exceptions will be clearly stated in the product description or terms of service.
- Refusal of Refund: Created Lab Diamonds reserves the right to refuse a refund under the following circumstances:
a. Products returned without an RMA number.
b. Products returned more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
c. Products that are damaged or missing parts due to customer negligence.
d. Non-refundable items, as specified in the product description or terms of service.
